Purpose:

• to inform. focus on information sharing
• to discuss. large open strategic questions.
• to decide. when a guidance is needed for a pivotal decision

Form:

• Synchronous: mostly in person, good for open ended discussion
• Asynchronous: not ideal for complex decision, in chat thread or email

Mechanics:

• Attendance should be as small as possible.
• Pre-reads should arrive 48 hours in advance and no more than 15 mins/page
• everyone is expected to do the pre-read so it's not covered again in the review
